The working principle of the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier is to form a gas flow mechanical coupling through a closed-loop gas-fluid coupling composed of components such as the main pump, safety valve, bushing, one-way valve, impact device, elastic shock-absorbing device and sealing ring, forming a fast and non-destructive emulsification process. Therefore, during the emulsification process, small bubbles are generated on the inner wall of the bushing to promote thorough mixing between materials. In addition, under vacuum conditions, the gas vesicles in the material can be prevented from rising significantly and affecting product quality.
In addition, the vacuum homogenizing emulsifier uses PLC+ human-machine interface technology to monitor the working conditions in real time and store and process the data. The machine uses a closed-loop gas-fluid coupling device with high working efficiency, low energy consumption, no obvious sound, and can work uninterruptedly for 24 hours without inhaling and harming employees.
